Challenge
Two short film productions requiring full pre-production planning, on-set direction and post-production editing. One silent narrative and one sound-driven story, each demanding a different technical and creative approach within tight academic deadlines.
Goal
Concept, storyboard, direct, film and edit two short narrative films that demonstrated intentional visual storytelling, technical filmmaking proficiency and creative use of cinematography, sound design and editing techniques.
Approach
Led both productions from storyboard through final export. Served as director and lead videographer on set and co-editor in post. Applied shot variety, camera movement, motivated framing and layered audio design to build narrative tension and emotional resonance in each piece.
